What will I receive when I book online?
Once you have booked your activity online and validated your payment, you will receive your credit card payment receipt and an e-mail confirming your booking, including the voucher(s) for the activity(ies) you have booked, at the e-mail address you have given.
What should I do if I haven't received my booking confirmation?
